Kasikorn Asset Management Co., Ltd. (the Management Company) would like to inform unitholders that the Management Company has received approval from the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to amend the fund projects of K Cash Management Fund (K-CASH) and K Global Dynamic Bond Fund (K-GDBOND) to add a Share Class and amend other relevant subjects. The amendments are summarized as follows:
K Cash Management Fund (K-CASH)
- Add Special Institutional Investor Class (K-CASH-Z)
Suitable for funds under the management of the Management Company and funds managed by other asset management companies that seek returns in the form of capital gains and the accumulation of investment returns (total return), as well as other juristic persons or institutional investors as may be further designated and/or amended by the Management Company in the future. The Management Company will notify investors at least 3 days in advance through the Management Company's website.
K Global Dynamic Bond Fund (K-GDBOND)
- - Add Special Institutional Investor Class (Accumulation) (K-GDBOND-Z(A))
Suitable for funds under the management of the Management Company and funds managed by other asset management companies that seek returns in the form of capital gains and the accumulation of investment returns (total return), as well as other juristic persons or institutional investors as may be further designated and/or amended by the Management Company in the future. The Management Company will notify investors at least 3 days in advance through the Management Company's website.
The amendments will be effective from 28 September 2026. The Management Company will notify unitholders of the offering date of such share class in advance via www.kasikornasset.com.
